At Kathryn Saunby Art Studio, we offer a range of versatile rooms for hire to suit your needs. Our available spaces include:

Studio 1: Spacious enough to comfortably seat up to 16 individuals. Ideal for larger groups or classes.

Arch Room: Perfect for smaller gatherings, accommodating up to 8 people around a table.

Panel Room (Downstairs): Suitable for groups of up to 12 participants.

Combined Studio 1 and Arch Room: For those seeking a larger space, we can open up both Studio 1 and the Arch Room to create a room that can hold up to 24 people.

All our rooms come with access to a fully equipped kitchen and access to our facilities, ensuring you have everything you need for a productive session.

Pricing:

Our room hire rates start at just £10 per hour, and we also offer reduced day rates for extended bookings. Whether you’re an art and craft tutor or require a space for non-art-related purposes, we welcome your reservation.

Parking:

Please note that parking is limited to one spot, primarily reserved for the tutor. However, St. Mary’s car park is conveniently located directly opposite our studio for additional parking needs.
